For each of the 2 equipped buildings, the electricity production will be redistributed to residents through collective self-consumption managed by the social landlord. This innovative project gives residents access to very local and very economical electricity, an incentive to use electrical appliances when renewable resources (wind and sun) are present.
Equipped with an anemometer, a pyranometer and an application for analyzing operational parameters, this GreenPack is a new educational tool for the energy efficiency transition sector of the University Institute of Technology in Carquefou.
